👍 There are so many great restaurants and attractions nearby. Although it's in a bustling area, 'Iwoo House' is tucked away in a quiet alley next to a school, ensuring a peaceful rest. Parking is available, and you're just one block away from all the hotspots! ♥️ St. Mary's Hospital and Daejeon Chungnam National University Hospital are located nearby. ♥️ There are plenty of charming cafes and delicious restaurants. 😿 Please note that compensation fees will be charged for any damage or staining of property; the security deposit may be deducted. 😿 The bedding shown on the bed in the photos is not included as a standard item. (Basic bedding setup is available through a partner service.)
All utility costs are included in the maintenance fee. We have set the rate to the minimum. 🙏Please use only what is necessary. An additional maintenance fee of 20,000 KRW per week applies from December to February. 😿Excessive use of utilities may result in a request for an additional maintenance fee. (🙏😿Meter readings will be checked upon check-in and check-out; please provide photos of the meter.) Please contact us if you plan to stay during this period. An additional maintenance fee of 10,000 KRW applies for each person exceeding the standard occupancy (2 people). Maximum occupancy is 3 people. Please contact us if adding guests.
