For each additional person: -> Additional maintenance fee of 20,000 KRW/week; 20,000 KRW for an extra bed. - Amenities include: wardrobe, refrigerator, A/C in every room, 80-inch living room TV, 32-inch portable smart TV, large dining table, dish sterilizer/dryer, home café cabinet, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, washing machine, dryer, Instagram-worthy irregular-shaped mirror, single-person sofa, and a balcony selfie zone. ♥️ Grand opening special offer currently available! ♥️ Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you the details via text message. ♥️ Check-in is contactless. 🤙 It’s safe thanks to CCTV surveillance. 🫶 Parking in the busy city center is usually a nightmare, but at 'Iwoo House,' you can park your car on-site and enjoy a truly relaxing trip. 👍 There are plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. Although we are in a bustling area, 'Iwoo House' is tucked away in a quiet alley next to a school, ensuring a peaceful rest. Yet, the city's hotspots are just one street away! 😿 Compensation fees will be charged for any damage or staining of property. Your security deposit may be deducted. 😿 The bedding shown on the bed in the photos is not included as a standard item. (Basic bedding setup is available through our partner service.)
All utility costs are included in the maintenance fee. We’ve kept the rate as low as possible. 🙏Please use only what you need. 🏭An additional maintenance fee of 30,000 KRW applies from December to February. 😿Excessive use of utilities may result in an additional charge. Please treat the place like your own home. (🙏😿Meter readings are checked at check-in and check-out; additional payment is required for excessive usage.) An additional maintenance fee of 10,000 KRW applies for each person exceeding the standard occupancy (4 people). Maximum capacity: 5 people. Please contact us if you wish to add more guests.
