Long-term stays available. Hello! Basic cleaning is performed after a guest checks out, so the unit is ready for immediate move-in. (As cleaning standards vary by person, the general policy is for guests to handle the cleaning themselves. Professional cleaning services are available for a fee of 200,000 KRW.) Please empty the trash and tidy up the place before checking out. (No cleaning fee charged.) A fee will be charged if the unit is found uncleaned upon inspection. An extra mattress is available for 30,000 KRW per week.
