No cleaning fee!! (When searching for a house, be sure to check for cleaning fees. Unlike other houses, this house does not charge any cleaning fees upon payment.) The reserved house includes a basic cleaning service after check-out. It is ready for immediate move-in and use. (Cleaning service quality can vary, so we ask guests to clean up after themselves. (No cleaning fee)) Professional move-in cleaning is also available for a fee of 150,000 won. Please empty the trash and clean up when you check out. If the house is not cleaned during the post-check-out inspection, a move-in cleaning fee will be charged. This will be handled remotely, and we will send you a notification text. You will pay for electricity, water, and gas based on your actual usage. Wi-Fi is available for 13,000 won per week. The base occupancy is for one person, and an additional 30,000 won per week will be charged for each additional person. Pets are allowed.
