There is a bus stop within a 2-3 minute walk. (If you are using public transportation, please inquire separately.)
We will send you a notification message when the contract is confirmed. Smoking is not allowed in the building. Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. *Please bring your own personal hygiene items (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, etc.).
There are restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby, making it convenient to live. There is a promenade along the sea, which is good for morning exercise and walking.
Please be advised that additional payments may be required if excessive utility fees (electricity, gas, water) are incurred.
