This room has a cozy and warm atmosphere. Instead of a TV, there is a beam projector, and it is equipped with a bed and sofa for your comfort. Please note that there is no washing machine, so this may not be suitable for long-term rentals!! (There are several laundromats within a 5-10 minute drive.)
You can go to both the train station and the bus terminal from the bus stop near the house. It takes about 10-15 minutes by taxi from the train station and the bus terminal.
Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions. Smoking is prohibited in the building. You must bring your own personal hygiene items (shampoo, conditioner, foam cleanser, towels, etc.).
There is a walking path along the sea within a 5-minute walk from the house, which is good for walking or jogging. And because it is right near the downtown area, there are restaurants, cafes, and large supermarkets, making it convenient to live.
If excessive management fees are incurred, an additional charge will be applied.
