All three rooms have wall-mounted air conditioners, and the air conditioners, mattresses, and washing machines have been professionally cleaned. There is a bus stop 3-4 minutes away, and buses go to Jongno/Wangsimni/Hanyang University, Guui-dong, Jamsil/Songpa/Samseong, and the airport. The subway station (Seongsu Station/Ttukseom Station/Seoul Forest Station) is also a 15-minute walk away, but you can also go by bus (2224, 2413, 2412, 2016). If you like cycling, you can get to Songpa/Jamsil in 20 minutes by bike (faster than the subway/bus).
Once you check in and complete the payment, we will provide you with the room password. Smoking is not allowed indoors. The manager lives upstairs and manages the property, so if you experience any inconvenience or have any requests, please feel free to ask, even late at night, and we will assist you immediately. It is very convenient to live in because there are supermarkets, hospitals, traditional markets, restaurants, cafes, and pop-up stores nearby. Ttukseom Hangang Park and Seoul Forest, which are good for walking, are nearby. We have two bicycles. If you want to rent them, we will rent you the bicycles.
