This is a three-room apartment located a 1-minute walk from the Han River promenade in Seongsu-dong. It is a clean and tidy room that has been remodeled with full options, including a bed, desk, chair, refrigerator, washing machine, air purifier, air conditioner, and kitchenware. The room has a wall-mounted air conditioner, and the air conditioner, mattress, and washing machine have been professionally cleaned. We are confident that this is the best in Seongsu-dong in terms of facilities and price. You can decide after viewing the room.
Buses to Wangsimni/Jongno/DDP (2014), Gangbyeon Station (East Seoul Terminal) (2224), Samseong Station/Gaepo-dong (2413), Jamsil/Songpa/Segok-dong (2412), and the Airport Bus (Incheon) are available within a 3-4 minute walk. The subway stations (Seongsu/Ttukseom/Seoul Forest Station) are also a 15-minute walk away, or you can take a bus. If you enjoy cycling, Songpa/Jamsil is a 20-minute ride (faster than the subway/bus).
Once you check in and complete the payment, we will provide you with the room password. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Pets are not allowed. The manager lives upstairs and manages the property, so if you experience any inconvenience or have any requests, please feel free to ask, even late at night, and we will assist you immediately. It is very convenient to live in because there are supermarkets, hospitals, traditional markets, restaurants, cafes, and pop-up stores nearby. Ttukseom Hangang Park and Seoul Forest, which are good for walking, are nearby. It is really good for those who like walking along the Han River/Seoul Forest/running/biking. Public parking is available within a 1-minute walk or paid parking is available in front of the house.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
