- All utility charges (electricity, water, heating/cooling, internet, and parking fees) are included in the management fee. While other places charge 10,000 KRW per day for parking, we provide free parking registration for short-term rentals at Centum Hotel.
The shower drain was clogged, so I had to clean the shower room... There was also an ice cup left in the freezer. The bedding was fluffy and smelled nice, which was great. The rest of the dishes and tables were also clean.
I highly recommend this accommodation.
