☆ Amenities * 1st Floor: 24-hour convenience stores (GS25, CU), coffee shops, and hair salons. * 4th Floor: Cacao Tree Buffet (breakfast available) and Sushi Aomori (famous for Omakase). The building also houses BBQ and Haedam Beef Intestines & Sundae Soup. Located near various restaurants, chicken shops, and eateries, including Starbucks and Hansot Dosirak across the street. * 11th Floor: Washers and dryers (fee applies), as well as microwaves and ice machines, are available. * Simple microwave cooking is possible; however, knives are not provided for safety reasons. * As this is a hotel, security is excellent, making it a great choice for female guests and long-term stays. * A fee of 15,000 KRW per hour applies if you do not adhere to the check-out time or wish to extend your stay. * Guests must bring their own toiletries. An additional fee of 2,500 KRW per set applies for any replacements beyond the initial set provided. * If you require additional cleaning services, you must request them at least 2 days in advance; an additional cleaning fee of 25,000 KRW will be charged. * Please be advised that if the premises are occupied without authorization after the lease period has expired, forced entry procedures will be initiated. Agreement to this term is required to finalize the contract.

The location was good and the surrounding commercial area was also good. It would be better if the kitchen and bathroom were renovated to be more modern. I had a good rest.
