If you would like to view the room before signing a contract, you can schedule a tour via chat. (Viewings are possible after the current tenant moves out, if applicable.) After signing the contract, you can move in after coordinating with the owner who lives next door, or opt for a contactless move-in process.
The unit consists of two rooms and a small living area; the base rate is for two guests. Additional charges apply for extra guests. An additional fee of 8,000 KRW per person per day applies for guests aged 4 and older. (Notes) Pets are not allowed; smoking and loud noise/shouting are prohibited. Guests may be evicted if loud noise leads to complaints from neighbors.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Costs for water, electricity, and air conditioning usage are included in the management fee.
