If you would like to view the room before signing a contract, you can schedule a tour via chat. (Viewings are possible after the current tenant moves out, if applicable.) After signing the contract, you can move in after coordinating with the owner who lives next door, or opt for a contactless move-in process.
In addition to two bedrooms and a living room, there is a separate laundry area for your convenience. Additional charges apply for extra guests: 8,000 KRW per person (aged 4 and older) per day. (Note) Pets are not allowed, and loud noise or shouting is prohibited! Guests may be asked to leave if loud noise leads to complaints from neighbors.
All utility costs are included in the management fee. Excessive use of water, electricity, or the oil boiler may result in additional charges upon check-out.
