Parking is currently unavailable for the first-floor unit because the tenants on the second and third floors have arranged to park in front of the house. Amenities include an air conditioner, two small refrigerators, a two-burner induction cooktop, a washing machine, and a sofa bed.
It takes about 10 minutes by bus from Juan Station and around 5 minutes from Simin Gongwon Station to reach Singi Market, and the location is within a five-minute walk of the market. Since there are about seven bus routes serving the area near Singi Market, it is convenient to get there by bus from the stations.
Once the contract and move-in are confirmed, I will provide the entry code the day before you move in. Please note that pets and indoor smoking are strictly prohibited; a penalty of 100,000 KRW applies for each violation (indoor smoking or evidence of pets). For trash disposal, please place your recyclables and standard waste bags in front of the flowerbed next to the entrance.
With convenience stores, cafes, and numerous restaurants nearby—plus a discount mart within Singi Market—it is a convenient place to live, whether for a short or long stay. It also offers great accessibility to other areas, as the Munhak IC is less than a three-minute drive away.
During summer and winter, utility costs are included in the maintenance fee. In spring and autumn, for contracts of four weeks or longer, the monthly maintenance fee is 50,000 won, and charges for electricity, water, and gas are billed based on actual usage from move-in to move-out.
