The kitchen and room are separate, and the room gets plenty of sunlight! Also, the 2nd and 3rd floors are connected, and there's a bathroom on each floor, so it's great for two or more people to stay separately! The rooftop space on the 3rd floor is also a good space for hanging laundry or other uses!
10-15 minutes by bus to Juan Station. 7 minutes by bus to Citizens Park Station. 5 minutes on foot to Singi Market.
You can view the house remotely. Indoor smoking and pets are not allowed. Parking in front of the house is currently unavailable until May 22nd as the person on the 1st floor will be using the parking space. After that, the person on the 2nd floor can use it. Additionally, you will need to check the Shingi Market South Public Parking Lot, which is a 1-minute walk away.
There are convenience stores nearby, a large supermarket in Shingi Market, and many cafes and restaurants, so it's convenient to stay here!
If the period is longer than 4 weeks, a basic management fee of 100,000 won per month will be charged, plus an additional charge for the amount of used.
