The building doors will be locked at 11:00 PM for safety. If you plan to arrive after that time, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements.
The bedroom is equipped with mood lighting and a sofa, creating a separate space for couples or friends to enjoy a special atmosphere. It also features a king-size bed and a queen-size bed, ensuring a spacious and comfortable sleep. While there is one extra mattress, additional bedding can be provided upon request. The study and dressing room features a large mirror and various decorative objects, making it a perfect spot for taking memorable photos. It also includes a desk, allowing you to work in this space. The kitchen is also separate. It boasts a size incomparable to studios or two-room apartments in the same price range, and comes with a four-person dining table and various kitchenware, allowing you to enjoy delicious meals with family or friends. Temporary parking for one or two days is available in front of the building, but for long-term stays, there may be a risk of being ticketed. In such cases, please park in a nearby public parking lot. Excessive management fees may be charged if electricity, water, and gas bills exceed reasonable levels.
