*Space Rental Service: J-house* This space combines a stylish atmosphere with ample room, making it ideal for group travel—so much so that it has even been featured on TV variety shows. Spanning over 1,400 square feet (approx. 40 pyeong), the layout is designed for efficient and practical use, comfortably accommodating groups of eight or more. We have paid meticulous attention to security, cleanliness, and the selection of interior decor. We have put great effort into ensuring you enjoy a comfortable, safe, and reasonably priced stay while in Seoul.
It is located within a 5-minute walk of Garak Market Station. It is situated in a prime transportation hub.

There are three bedrooms in total, offering ample space for guests to stay comfortably, whether individually or together. The unit is equipped with four queen-size beds, ensuring a spacious and pleasant sleeping environment. A separate kitchen is also provided. It boasts a size far superior to typical studio or two-room apartments in the same price range; featuring an eight-person dining table and a variety of tableware, it allows you to enjoy delicious meals with family or friends. While short-term parking (for a day or two) is possible right in front of the building entrance, long-term stays may carry a risk of parking enforcement. In such cases, we kindly ask that you use a nearby public parking lot. Please feel free to contact us for further details.

The space is spacious; it’s a decent place for a group to sleep and cook meals. However, the sheer number of mosquitoes made every night difficult (I had to catch dozens each day—improvements like better window screens are needed), and it would be much better if the cleaning and facility maintenance were improved.
