Just cross the traffic light and you're at the sea! -Air conditioning and heating are well-equipped. -Cozy bedding and clean furniture are provided. There is a queen-size bed and a sofa. -There is an unobstructed, open view. -Convenience facilities are close by. Gunam-ro, with many restaurants, is right in front! -Internet, Wi-Fi, and TV are available.
- Near Haeundae Station on Busan Subway Line 2, a 5-minute walk away. - If using the airport limousine, get off at Oncheon Intersection and walk for 3 minutes. - There is a paid parking lot in the building and also nearby.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with instructions on how to enter. - Check-in: 4 PM / Check-out: 11 AM (Time can be adjusted if necessary) - The entire building is a non-smoking area. The fire alarm is sensitive. - Pets are not allowed. - Please contact us anytime if you have additional questions during your stay.
- It is neatly prepared and ready for use. - You must prepare disposable items yourself. - Hygiene products such as shampoo, soap, towels, and toilet paper are not provided. - For stays of 1 month or more, one paid monthly parking space is available (20,000 KRW/month only). - Please inquire separately about extending your stay. We will be happy to assist you. - Long-term business trips, medical, and construction personnel are very welcome! - Wishing you good health and happiness throughout your trip~
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. Parking fees are not included. For guests staying less than 1 month, we recommend the paid parking lot in the building.
It’s a fantastic place to stay—so convenient being near Haeundae Station, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area!!!
