- Near Haeundae Station on Busan Subway Line 2, a 5-minute walk away. - If using the airport limousine, get off at Oncheon Intersection and walk for 3 minutes. - There is a paid parking lot in the building and also nearby.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with instructions on how to enter. - Check-in: 4 PM / Check-out: 11 AM - The entire building is a non-smoking area. The fire alarm is sensitive. - Pets are not allowed. - Please contact us anytime if you have any additional questions during your stay.
- It is neatly prepared and ready for use. - You must prepare disposable items yourself. - Hygiene products such as shampoo, soap, towels, and toilet paper are not provided. - For stays of 1 month or more, one paid monthly parking space is available (20,000 KRW/month only). - Please inquire separately about extending your stay. All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. Parking fees are not included. For guests staying less than 1 month, we recommend the paid parking lot in the building.
Pros: - Good location and convenient transportation. Taxis, subways, and buses are all nearby. - Close to tourist attractions, so you can experience entertainment and food right nearby. - The host is friendly and responds quickly. Cons: - The cleanliness was disappointing. Traces of the previous tenant remained. I had to clean the bathroom and kitchen myself, and I couldn't get rid of the musty smell.
