👍 Air conditioner cleaning completed!! 🌿 This unit is personally managed and cleaned by the owner. 🌿 Located on a main road just a 1-minute walk from Yangpyeong Station (Line 5), the location is safe even late at night. 🌿 It is a clean room where female guests can stay with peace of mind. 🌿 Please note that there is no TV, making it a space for relaxation. 🌿 Due to hygiene regulations, items such as shampoo, conditioner, disposable toiletries, and towels are not provided. 🌿 The building features a convenience store, laundromat, coffee shop, snack bar, and chicken shop on the ground floor for your convenience. 🌿 An Anyangcheon Stream walking path, an ecological park, and sports facilities are within a 5-minute walk.
🌿 It is a 1-minute walk from Yangpyeong Station (Line 5). - By subway, it takes 10 minutes to Yeouido, 15–20 minutes to Hongdae, and 20 minutes to Gwanghwamun. 🌿 Nearby amenities include Anyangcheon Stream, Costco, Homeplus, Times Square, Lotte Mart, and Hyundai Department Store (Mok-dong).

Registering the property as a business address or for resident registration (moving-in report) is prohibited. 5. Activities that may cause noise complaints from neighbors—such as parties or loud shouting—are prohibited. Violation of the above special terms may result in contract termination without a refund of usage fees, and the security deposit will not be returned. Additionally, the tenant will be held liable for any damages resulting from the violation of these special terms.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.
