Registering the property as a business address or for resident registration (moving-in report) is prohibited. 5. Activities that may cause noise complaints from neighbors—such as parties or loud shouting—are prohibited. Violation of the above special terms may result in contract termination without a refund of usage fees, and the security deposit will not be returned. Additionally, the tenant will be held liable for damages resulting from any violation of these special terms.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.
