This is the second floor of a two-story house. It is separated from the first floor and has a separate entrance. There is a terrace of about 15 pyeong with artificial grass. The structure is a living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 living room. It is located in the middle of a rural village. It is quiet because it is in the countryside, but it is not isolated. Pyeongchang River is a 5-minute walk away.
Public transportation is inconvenient because it's in the countryside. It's a 2-hour drive from Seoul. Wonju: 50 minutes Pyeongchang: 25 minutes Jecheon: 35 minutes Yeongwol town: 40 minutes. These are the driving times.
Once your move-in is confirmed, we will provide you with detailed information and a schedule by phone. A manager is not always present on weekdays. You can use the washing machine in the management office.
Pets are allowed, but only one dog under 7kg. You must bring your own pet mat or house, and the facilities, bedding, and curtains must not be damaged.
Electricity, water, gas, and internet are all included. Only the heating cost is charged based on actual usage as it is an oil boiler.
