Once your move-in is confirmed, we will provide you with detailed information and a schedule by phone. A manager is not always present on weekdays. You can use the washing machine in the management office.
Pets are allowed, but only one dog under 7kg. You must bring your own pet mat or house, and the facilities, bedding, and curtains must not be damaged.
Electricity, water, gas, and internet are all included. Only the heating cost is charged based on actual usage as it is an oil boiler.
