Check-in is contactless. On the morning of your check-in day, we will send you the password and check-in instructions. Parking is not available. For general waste and food waste, please use the back door on the 2nd floor. For recyclables, please use the recycling area on the 2nd basement floor. Check-out is also contactless. Please take multiple photos of the kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom, and inside the refrigerator and send them to us. Based on these photos, we will determine if the full deposit can be refunded.
If there is severe contamination on fabrics, wallpaper, etc., an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited. If found, the deposit will not be refunded.

The building is a bit old, but the room is clean and nice. It seems like they replace all the bedding after guests check out.
