There are various restaurants in the Seolleung Food Alley nearby, and there is a large supermarket in the alley right behind it, so you don't have to go far to shop. The recycling area is at the entrance of the underground parking lot. General waste and food waste are in front of the security office on the first floor and in front of the GS25 convenience store.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
