- The bedroom is separated by a middle door. - This is a pleasant room that has recently been remodeled. - There is 1 single bed and 1 queen bed, so it is good for 2 or 3 people. - The kitchen has a built-in drum washing machine, a small sink, a microwave, and an electric kettle.
It is a 3-minute walk from Balsan Station on Line 5. There is a bus stop within a 1-minute walk.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once your room reservation is confirmed, we will send you check-in instructions via text message. - Pets are not allowed, and non-smokers are welcome.
- When you check out, you must remove all trash in the room (trash can, kitchen/bathroom drain). - There is a separate garbage disposal area on the 4th basement floor. General garbage must be placed in a volume-based bag and disposed of in the designated area outside the 1st floor. - Cooking food with a strong odor, such as grilled fish, is not allowed. Please open the windows and ventilate frequently after using the bathroom and kitchen. - If there are traces of smoking or odors when you check out, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - If you use excessive electricity/water, you may be charged an additional fee upon check-out.
