- Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with information about moving in and using the facilities. - Moving in will be done non-face-to-face. - After you check out, your deposit will be returned after we check the condition of the room, so please read the guide message we send you one day before check-out carefully. - If you are checking out early or late, you must contact us at least 2 days before check-out.
There is a 7-Eleven convenience store in the shopping center in front of the complex. There are laundromats, marts, restaurants, cafes, etc. within 700 meters of the complex. Our house is a second house used by our family. Since it is not an accommodation facility, personal hygiene products are not provided, so please bring your own toilet paper, garbage bags, personal towels, and bath supplies. After you check out and we have confirmed the interior, we will inform you of the utility fees and return your deposit. Please read the guide message we send you before you check out.
- Gas usage will be settled and billed separately based on the gas meter reading confirmed at check-in/check-out and the current month's unit price. - Electricity and water will be billed on a pro-rata basis for the number of days of residence, based on the interim settlement of management fees.
The owner was kind and the room was clean, so I had a comfortable stay.
It was nice and cool even without air conditioning. I'm satisfied except for the problem with the bathroom drain.
