It is easy to access Hanyang University Station by bus. - It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Seongsu Station, and about 5 minutes to use the Ttareungi (public bicycle) at the Seongdong Tax Office. - It is easy to use Line 2, and it is also easy to access major areas of Seoul.

- There is a dike road near the house, which is great for walking in spring and autumn. Especially in spring, the 🌸Songjeong Cherry Blossom Road🌸 is really beautiful! - As we have newly updated the options and home styling, we would appreciate it if you would use it cleanly. The bathroom has also been newly remodeled this time. - The room is provided in a clean state.

I booked this place for a two-week stay, and I really appreciated the host's quick and friendly responses. The room was clean and nice—especially the bathroom, which was spotless. It was spacious enough that it didn't feel cramped for one person, and it was comfortable enough to accommodate two people as well. The neighborhood had a cheerful vibe, and the nearby walking paths were great for a stroll. It’s a shame I couldn't visit all the lovely restaurants in the area. I’d definitely love to stay here again if I’m in Seoul in the future. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
It’s honestly so great—it’s pleasant, and there’s a local bus right out front, so it’s a quick trip to the station. The owner is really kind and wonderful, too.
