Located on the 2nd floor (Unit 201), accessible via a short flight of 7 steps. - Styled with calming wood tones, creating a very cozy atmosphere. - Comes fully equipped with a wide range of basic amenities! - Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. - 15-minute walk to Seongsu Station; 2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. - Convenient access to Seongsu, Konkuk University, and Hanyang University areas.
- It is located near the Seongdong Tax Office, with a bus stop just a two-minute walk away; taking the bus makes it easy to reach the nearby Hanyang University Station. - It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Seongsu Station, or about 5 minutes if you use the public bike service (Ttareungi) from the Seongdong Tax Office. - Subway Line 2 is easily accessible, and the location offers good connectivity to major areas of Seoul.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Smoking and pets are not permitted indoors.
- There is a riverside path nearby, making it a perfect spot for walks in the spring and autumn. The 🌸Songjeong Cherry Blossom Road🌸 is especially beautiful in the spring! - We have updated the furnishings and interior styling, so we would appreciate it if you could keep the space clean. The bathroom has also been newly renovated. - The room is provided in a thoroughly cleaned condition.
- All utility costs are included in the management fee. - Additional management fees may be charged in cases of excessive usage. In particular, if gas costs are high during the winter season, a surcharge may be calculated and billed.

I’m so glad this was the first place I lived in after moving out on my own :) I enjoyed a comfortable lifestyle for just over four months in this clean, stylish home, and everything went smoothly without a single issue! The host was kind, responsive to my requests, and easy to communicate with, so I had absolutely no inconveniences. I’m actually sad I couldn’t stay longer 🥹 Thank you!!
