This residence is located right in front of the surfing area at Jukdo Beach in Yangyang, Gangwon-do. An electric grill is provided on the terrace, allowing you to enjoy a barbecue at any time. The unit is fully equipped with amenities and offers parking facilities; elevators and CCTV are installed to ensure a safe stay. Convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, and surfing schools are all within walking distance. Pets are allowed, but you will be held liable for any property damage or soiling.
It is a 20-minute drive from Yangyang Terminal, and buses run from the terminal to Ingu Beach. It is a 30-minute drive from Gangneung Station.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM; adjustments can be made upon request. - Self check-in is used, and detailed instructions will be sent one day prior to your arrival. - Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building. - Please tidy up briefly before checking out. (Please separate your trash and recycling at the 1st-floor parking lot entrance.)
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee.
