This residence is located right in front of the surfing area at Jukdo Beach in Yangyang, Gangwon-do. An electric grill is provided on the terrace, allowing you to enjoy a barbecue at any time. The unit is fully equipped with amenities and offers parking facilities; elevators and CCTV are installed to ensure a safe stay. Convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, and surfing schools are all within walking distance. Pets are allowed, but you will be held liable for any property damage or soiling.
It is a 20-minute drive from Yangyang Terminal, and buses run from the terminal to Ingu Beach. It is a 30-minute drive from Gangneung Station.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM; adjustments are possible. - Self check-in is used, and detailed instructions will be sent one day prior to arrival. - Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building. - Please tidy up briefly before checking out. (Please sort and dispose of your trash near the 1st-floor parking lot entrance.)
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee.
I couldn't communicate with the host, and there was too much hair on the floor, so I don't think it was cleaned. The TV was inconvenient because it was a rerun-only channel that had to show mid-program commercials, and the Wi-Fi also had to be used by the neighbors, so the connection was often cut off. Overall, it's an inadequate accommodation that the host needs to pay more attention to.
It was so clean and nice. Thanks to you, I had a good rest. I'll see you again next time.
It's a new building, and the plastic wrap hasn't even been removed yet. I had a good stay. :)
