I put a lot of effort into the interior design, so I hope it will be used by someone who will keep it as clean as possible. There is a small storage room outside the house where I keep interior design equipment and cleaning tools. I will try not to disturb you, but if necessary, I will contact you first before going there. Since the storage room is outside the house, you cannot see inside if you close the curtain of the small room. Smoking is allowed on the rooftop, which is one floor up the stairs, and I would appreciate it if you would clean up after yourself. I hope no one does the inconsiderate act of smoking in the bathroom, but based on experience, I have set a fine of 330,000 won for indoor smoking.
