Upgraded Furniture: The current photos were taken before move-in, so they show the previous state. In reality, more furniture has been added to make your stay even more convenient. Amenities: A washing machine is provided in the utility room, so there's no inconvenience even for long-term stays. ๐ Location and Surroundings 1-minute walk to E-Mart: This is a "prime location" for grocery shopping. Quiet Downtown Area: Although it's near a food alley, it's not a dense bar area, so it's quiet at night without noise. Near Seongnam Medical Center: The medical center is behind the accommodation, ensuring smooth traffic flow and good accessibility. โ ๏ธ Please Observe! (House Rules) No Smoking in All Areas: Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited to maintain a pleasant indoor environment. Smoking Area: Please use the 12th-floor rooftop, and we kindly ask you to clean up after yourself. No Smoking in Restrooms: A fine of 330,000 won will be imposed if smoking is detected in the restrooms. This is a consideration and a promise for the next guest, so please be sure to observe it.
Excessive use of electricity and gas may result in additional charges upon check-out. If the room is excessively dirty or has stains that cannot be removed upon check-out, additional charges will apply.
