For a pleasant stay, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and pets and parties are not allowed. Due to the nature of short-term rentals, you must bring your own consumables such as towels, and utility bills will be settled based on actual usage. Grilling fish or meat is restricted from 5 days before check-out. If you clean up after yourself, including disposing of trash, as you did upon check-in, your cleaning fee will be refunded! Please be quiet after 10 PM for the sake of our neighbors. (Adherence to the number of reserved guests is mandatory)

The management fee covers internet, TV subscription fees, common electricity, and stair cleaning. Utility fees (electricity, gas, water) are charged based on your usage. Upon check-in, please provide me with 100,000 to 300,000 KRW (depending on the season and contract period), and the remaining amount will be refunded upon check-out. I will send you photos of the meter readings upon check-in and check-out via message. If the property is as clean upon check-out as it was upon check-in, the cleaning fee will be refunded (check the sink, dust on the stove, inside the refrigerator, and the floor).
