For a pleasant stay, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and pets and parties are forbidden. Due to the nature of short-term rentals, please bring your own consumables such as towels, and utilities will be charged based on actual usage. Grilling fish or meat is restricted starting 5 days before check-out. If you clean up after yourself, including disposing of trash, just as you did upon check-in, the cleaning fee will be refunded. Please stay quiet after 10 PM out of consideration for your neighbors.

The maintenance fee covers internet, TV license fees, common area electricity charges, and stair cleaning fees. Utility bills (electricity, gas, water) must be paid based on usage. If you pay me 100,000 to 200,000 KRW (depending on the season and contract period) upon move-in, the remaining amount will be refunded upon move-out. I will take photos of the meters and send them via message upon move-in and move-out.
