There is a bus stop right in front, and buses go to Suwon City Hall, Suwon Station, and Gwanggyo.
Check-in is contactless. We will provide you with the door lock password. However, after you check in, we will ask you to confirm with a photo that you have not moved your luggage. One of the three rooms is used to store my belongings, so please also use this room for luggage storage. When you check out, you must clean the room and leave it in the same condition as when you checked in. :)
Please only book if you will keep the place clean. Pets are strictly prohibited. No smoking. If there is a smell of cigarettes even after you leave, your deposit will not be refunded. All items are available for free use. The room by the door is where the owner's belongings are stored, so please only use it for storing your luggage. When you leave, please leave the place as clean as you found it. If you leave the place in the same condition as when you entered, we will refund you 30,000 won.
Water purifiers are also included. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
