When I moved in, the accommodation was not ready, so for about three days after moving in, I was constantly in contact with the landlord. During this time, a repairman visited, heavy packages were brought in twice, items were stocked, and a cleaning manager? tried to enter with a master key while I was inside, without me hearing the doorbell for the pest control visit. Throughout this process, I felt like I was preparing the accommodation myself over several days. The description of the house and the provided items differed from what was listed, so I had to urgently acquire necessary items separately after moving in. The landlord is very responsive and resolves any issues promptly. The convenience facilities and restaurants within the complex are very close, making it convenient.
