🏡 This is a fully furnished studio apartment with a warm, wooden feel, located a 6-minute walk from Yeoksam Station.🩷 ■ Check-in time: From 3 PM ■ Check-out time: 11 AM - Basic amenities: Air conditioner, washing machine, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, etc. ■ Although it's a semi-basement, it's not humid at all. It's located on a slight incline, so there's a window on the veranda.
- It is within walking distance of Yeoksam Station and Gangnam Station. (Eonju Station is also close) - It's about a walk to Sinnonhyeon Station 😊 - Gangnam's transportation is the best, so I don't need to explain it separately.
**Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited indoors.** **A maximum of 2 people can stay comfortably.** **As this is a short-term rental, personal hygiene items, blankets, and towels are not provided (please message us if you have any questions or requests).** ➡️ You must bring your own bedding. The house is warm enough that you can bring a blanket if you wish. **We will send you a guide message 3 days in advance.**
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. (Please use it as if it were your own home : )
The place was clean and the location was great—it was perfect! I came here for a training session and am leaving completely satisfied.
They were so incredibly kind, and the place was amazing!!!! I really wanted to extend my stay, so it's a shame I couldn't ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
Very well located in Gangnam, it was a good apartment for the week.
