All utility bills are included in the management fee. (Electricity, gas, water, internet, cable) If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. (Please use it as if it were your own home. ^^)
Convenient transportation, nearby restaurants, quiet and pleasant rooms and bathrooms, and especially a clean washer and dryer for doing laundry while staying with the kids for 3 weeks! I had such a great rest without lacking anything~~ I'm 200% sure I'll revisit when I visit Korea again. Immediate response to any needs!
