It's close to Hankuk University of Foreign Studies in Imun-dong. It's also accessible for commuting from Dongduk Women's University and Korea University in Anam. Many people also look for short-term stays from Kyung Hee University Medical Center in Hoegi. :)
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.

It was a bit uncomfortable to stay for a short time.
It was definitely nice to be close to Kyung Hee Medical Center, but the room was too hot. It wasn't summer, so I couldn't turn on the air conditioner, and the room was so hot, which was a shame. Other than that, it was good, with free ramen and no bugs.
