All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
The free rice and ramen were great. It was also convenient to be able to print.
The room was dusty, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The service was also... disappointing. The building's location is good, but it's hard to carry a suitcase up because the elevator is out of order.
