It is a 5-10 minute walk from Jeongwang Station. There are many bus stops nearby, making transportation convenient. It is right next to a university commercial area, so taxis and buses are readily available. ^^

Basic utilities such as water, electricity, internet, and gas are all provided free of charge, and there are no additional costs beyond the accommodation fee. Upon check-out, only a cleaning fee of 10,000 won is charged separately, and there are no other additional costs, allowing for a transparent and reasonable living experience.
