It is a 5-10 minute walk from Jeongwang Station. There are many bus stops nearby, making transportation convenient. It is right next to a university commercial area, so taxis and buses are readily available. ^^

Stay 4U's accommodation fee includes all management fees. Basic utilities such as water, electricity, internet, and gas are all provided free of charge, and there are no additional costs beyond the accommodation fee. Upon check-out, only a cleaning fee of 10,000 won is charged separately, and there are no other additional costs, allowing for a transparent and reasonable living experience.
Rooms with windows facing the outside are extremely noisy.
I needed a place to stay for a while, and I was a bit hesitant after only seeing the pictures, but once I stayed there, I felt as comfortable as if it were my own room. The other residents were all very considerate. It was quiet at night, and they were accommodating when using the shared kitchen or laundry room. I think it would be fine to stay here for a long time.
