This is a clean and cozy home with a modern feel, recently renovated. The owner lived here for 3 months after the renovation and then rented it out, so it's well-equipped with amenities. Buses and all kinds of convenience facilities are within a 2-3 minute walk. There are 3 super single mattresses and 1 Heukpyo Heukchimdae (Korean traditional mattress), and bedding is also provided. It has a high-performance PC, making it useful as an office space. Pets are absolutely not allowed (a penalty of 500,000 KRW will be charged for violations).
The bus stop in front of the house is a 10-minute ride to Jakjeon Station. Within a 1-3 minute walk, you can find bus lines 585, 588, 584, 2, 2-1, 9300, 7700, and 95 Express.
Check-in is contactless and will be notified by text message on the day of arrival. Pets are strictly prohibited. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
There is a mountain within a 5-minute walk, so the air is good, and there is also Ichon Neighborhood Park, which is good for hiking and light exercise, so if you use it often, you will become healthier.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
I've had a wonderful stay.
The apartment complex looks a bit run-down, but the unit itself was renovated and clean. The parking lot is spacious in the morning but fills up completely in the afternoon; however, I never had trouble finding a spot during my week-long stay. The washing machine is new and dries clothes well. It was also great having a computer available. I do wish the computer desk were designed for use with a chair, though; the low desk was uncomfortable. Overall, I had a good stay.
