There are plenty of things to do, such as two PCs, a PS5, and Netflix, and it is well-equipped with all kinds of amenities, so it is a good place to stay. There is a 6-person table, a 75-inch large TV, and there are 1 king-size bed and 2 super single beds. There is a laundromat within a 1-2 minute walk, but there is a washer and dryer from January 2026.
It is about a 10-minute taxi ride or a 20-minute bus ride from Cheongna International City Station and Geomam Airport Railroad Station. There are many public buses near the house.
Check-in is contactless on the day of arrival, and you will be provided with the password. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
There are many convenience stores and restaurants within a 1-2 minute walk, and large supermarkets such as Homeplus, Lotte Mart, and E-Mart are within a 10-minute walk (2-3 minutes by car).
The management fee is 30,000 won per week, and all utility bills are included in the management fee.
There was an issue with using the washing machine, but they handled it really well and were very kind.
