- There is no cleaning fee; however, you are required to clean the unit yourself upon check-in and check-out. - Indoor smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are prohibited. (Professional cleaning fees will be charged if violations occur.) - Once the booking is confirmed, the check-in process is contactless. - The door access code will be provided on the day of check-in, prior to your arrival. - Check-in: After 1:00 PM | Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
- Resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted. - Any damage to or soiling of property will result in a deduction from the security deposit. - Parties are prohibited; you may be asked to vacate the premises if complaints arise from neighbors due to loud noise or disturbances. - You are responsible for purchasing your own trash bags (please ensure all waste is disposed of at the designated recycling/disposal area upon checkout). - Please cooperate with visits to inspect the interior of the unit when a new tenant is being recruited during the lease term. - If you do not vacate the premises after the lease expires, any remaining items will be stored for one month (at a storage fee of 3,000 KRW per day) and may subsequently be disposed of at our discretion without further notice. A rental agreement can only be entered into if you agree to these terms.
- All utility costs are included in the management fee. - Additional charges apply for excessive usage. (Charges apply for any amount exceeding 280,000 KRW per month.)

The house is clean, and the host is great. They respond immediately to even minor requests. It's close to Dujeong Station, the neighborhood is quiet, and the commercial area right outside the house is good, making it a very pleasant place to stay. And thank you to the very kind host.
