- This is a house with 3 rooms, a spacious living room and kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. - There is no furniture or appliances such as a washing machine, air conditioner, or refrigerator (please check the photos). - Towels, toiletries, tableware, bedding, etc. are not provided. - Internet is not installed (you must use a personal mobile hotspot or pocket Wi-Fi). - The standard occupancy for the accommodation is 2 people (additional charges apply for extra guests). - It operates only with non-face-to-face contracts and non-face-to-face check-in. Visiting the house interior or viewing the house in advance after the contract is not possible.

- It is an 8-minute walk (500m) from Dujeong Station.
-There is no cleaning fee, but you must clean the room yourself when checking in and out. -Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are not allowed indoors. (If caught, the company will charge a cleaning fee) -After the contract is confirmed, check-in will proceed non-face-to-face. -The room password will be provided on the day of check-in before you enter. - Check-in: After 1 PM, Check-out: Before 11 AM
- Registration of move-in is not possible. - In the event of damage or contamination to the property, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit. - Parties are prohibited. If noise complaints arise from the neighborhood, you may be asked to leave. - You can purchase and use your own garbage bags (please be sure to dispose of all items in the recycling area upon check-out). - If a new tenant is sought during the contract period, please cooperate with visits to inspect the interior of the house. - If you do not vacate the premises after the contract period ends, any remaining items will be stored for one month (storage fee of 3,000 won per day), after which they may be disposed of without further notice. This contract is only possible if you agree to these terms.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - Additional charges will be applied for excessive use. (If the monthly fee exceeds 280,000 KRW, the excess amount will be charged)

The house is clean, and the host is great. They respond immediately to even minor requests. It's close to Dujeong Station, the neighborhood is quiet, and the commercial area right outside the house is good, making it a very pleasant place to stay. And thank you to the very kind host.
