*There is no cleaning fee, but you must clean the room yourself when checking in and out. -Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are not allowed indoors (if caught, the company will charge a cleaning fee) -The room password will be provided on the day of check-in before you enter. - Check-in: After 1 PM, Check-out: 11 AM
- Registration of move-in is not possible. - In the event of damage or contamination to wallpaper, flooring, etc., the cost will be deducted from the security deposit. - Parties are prohibited. If noise complaints arise from the neighborhood, you may be asked to leave. - You can purchase and use your own garbage bags (please ensure all items are disposed of in the designated recycling area upon departure). - If a new tenant is sought during the contract period, please cooperate with visits for internal inspection of the house. - If you do not vacate after the contract period ends, remaining items will be stored for 1 month (storage fee of 3,000 KRW per day), after which they may be disposed of without further notice. This contract is only possible if you agree to these terms.
- Utility fees are included in the management fee, but if excessive water or electricity is used after meter measurement, an additional fee will be charged for the additional usage. (An additional fee will be charged if the monthly fee exceeds 280,000 won)
