- This home features three bedrooms, a spacious living room and kitchen, and one bathroom. - It is offered at a lower price because it does not include appliances or furniture such as a washing machine, refrigerator, or bed. - The base occupancy is two people (additional fees apply for extra guests). - The rental process and move-in are handled entirely contact-free; visits to the interior or pre-viewings are not permitted, even after the contract is signed.

* We do not charge a separate cleaning fee; instead, guests are required to handle basic cleaning and trash disposal upon check-in and check-out. If you prefer not to clean yourself, please let us know before booking, and we will adjust the total price to include the cleaning fee. A cleaning fee of 280,000 KRW applies if this service is requested. - Indoor smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are prohibited (professional cleaning fees will be charged if violations occur). - The door access code will be provided on the day of check-in, prior to your arrival. - Check-in: After 1:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted. - Any damage or staining to wallpaper, flooring, etc., will be deducted from the security deposit. - Parties are prohibited; you may be asked to vacate the premises if complaints arise from neighbors due to loud noise. - You are responsible for purchasing your own trash bags (please ensure all waste is disposed of at the designated recycling area upon check-out). - Please cooperate with visits to inspect the interior of the unit when a new tenant is being recruited during the lease term. - If you do not vacate the premises after the lease expires, any remaining belongings will be stored for one month (storage fee: 3,000 KRW per day) and may subsequently be disposed of at our discretion without further notice. A contract can only be entered into if you agree to these terms.
- Utility costs are included in the management fee; however, if meter readings indicate excessive water or electricity usage, additional charges will apply based on the excess consumption. (Additional charges apply if the monthly cost exceeds 260,000 KRW.)
As there are no home appliances, it is suitable for short-term stays rather than periods exceeding a month (such as during a move or home renovation).
