• Check-in is contactless. • Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions on the morning of the check-in day. • Smoking is not allowed indoors. • No additional guests are allowed beyond the standard number of people (1 person). If additional guests are to be admitted, prior consultation is required. • Check-in is at 3 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. (Negotiable) • Charges for loss of use, special cleaning fees, etc., may be applied for damage, loss, or contamination of property.
The number of occupants is limited to 1 person. An additional 50,000 won will be charged for extra people. Smoking and keeping pets in the room are strictly prohibited. Please refrain from making loud noises or causing noise between floors that may lead to complaints from other rooms.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. However, if you overuse electricity, gas, or water, you may be charged an additional amount upon check-out. (We will only inform you if there are any unusual readings after checking the meter. If you use them sparingly as if they were your own home, you will not be charged separately.)
