All utility costs are included in the management fee. However, additional charges may apply upon check-out if there is excessive use of electricity, gas, or water. (We will only notify you of excessive usage if meter readings indicate significant discrepancies; no additional charges will be incurred if you use utilities responsibly, as if they were your own.)
