I’ve created a cozy, blue "ant-burrow" style space using eco-friendly paint. It stays cool and quiet even in the height of summer, so you don't even need the air conditioner. Since it's located on a dead-end street, there’s no noise from motorcycles—a cozy home where you can freely watch movies or sing at the top of your lungs! I love Greece, so I decorated it to resemble the houses found on Zakynthos Island (famous from the drama *Descendants of the Sun*).

Professional cleaning and disinfection (by Cesco) are mandatory after every guest checks out, ensuring a safe and hygienic stay. Please note that immediate eviction without a refund will occur if issues arise such as loud shouting, excessive noise, complaints from neighbors or the landlord, or police involvement due to incidents.
