Features a spacious bed with a Nordic IKEA aesthetic and a wardrobe that creates a cozy atmosphere. Spacious kitchen equipped with a double sink. Includes a generously sized refrigerator and a Samsung microwave. Fully equipped with a large washing machine capable of handling bulky items like duvets. Large bathroom; the kitchen is separated to ensure good ventilation. The total area is approximately 9 pyeong (approx. 30 sqm); although it is a separated-style studio, it is spacious enough to feel almost like a two-room apartment.

Rules for smokers: You may only enter the premises 20 minutes after smoking, once all tar and smoke have been cleared from your lungs. The security deposit will not be refunded if the smell of smoke permeates the wallpaper. >> If the smell of smoke lingers on the wallpaper, flooring, bedding, or furniture (such as the desk) after check-out, you will be charged for damages. We ask for your understanding. Peak summer (June, July, August) Peak winter (November, December, January) Due to Korea's weather conditions, utility/maintenance fees may be higher during these six months compared to spring or autumn.
There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby, as well as many locations to rent a Socar. You can easily head straight to the bustling Ttukseom area, and I can also recommend some great local eateries. Notably, there is a co-working space available for free use; I will provide details once your reservation is confirmed. You can buy coffee there, but it is not required. Food delivery is available from almost anywhere in Seongsu-dong.
Electricity, gas, water, and Wi-Fi are all included.
